Yakin Elevate is a relationship management application for small businesses. It reads your Gmail and Google Calendar — read-only, with your permission — to work out who you deal with and how often, then tells you who to follow up with today and why.
Small businesses lose revenue in the gaps between conversations: the customer who bought two years ago and was never contacted again, the proposal that went quiet, the renewal nobody diarised. The information needed to catch those is already sitting in a mailbox and a calendar, and nothing reads it. Yakin Elevate reads it, scores every relationship on real interaction history, and produces a short ranked list of actions — each one citing the specific messages and meetings it came from, so you can check its reasoning before acting on it.

Relationship strength, scored
Every contact gets a score built from real interaction history — how often you talk, how recently, and how substantial the exchanges were. Meetings count for more than emails, because they are.
Recommendations with evidence
A ranked list of actions, each citing the specific messages and meetings behind it. If it cannot show you why, it does not make the claim.
Drafted outreach you approve
Elevate writes the message from facts it can cite, then waits. Nothing is sent until you read it and press send, and every send is recorded with who approved it.
Opportunities and warm paths
Surfaces openings in your existing network — who you already know that gets you in the door somewhere new.
Meetings in context
Calendar events become part of the relationship record: who attended, how often, and what it means for the score.
Auditable by design
Every consequential action — and everything the AI does on your behalf — is written to an append-only log you can read.
What Yakin Elevate connects to, and why
- Gmail — read only
- To know who you correspond with and how often, which is what relationship strength is computed from. Elevate cannot send, modify, or delete anything in your mailbox — the permission it requests does not allow it.
- Google Calendar — read only
- To record that a meeting happened and who was in it. Event descriptions are never read or stored — they routinely contain dial-in credentials and private notes that have nothing to do with a relationship score.
Your data is used to operate Elevate for you and nothing else. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train machine-learning models. Disconnecting an account revokes our access immediately. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is stored and how to have it deleted.
